Medical Staffing Agencies Are Ready to Assist Motivated Candidates in 2016

Scan the annual statistical reports and it is all good news for job hunters who connect with medical staffing agencies. The reports clearly show that in terms of employment opportunities, America’s healthcare industry held its own this year and it’s on track to give us an encore in 2016. Of course the sector is large. So it bears repeating which segments may prove lucrative for job hunters.
The U.S. Department of Labor issued its own opinion on the matter. Their research shows opportunity in at least five categories. Among the top five are positions in physicians’ offices and surgical hospitals. The government agency also broke down opportunities by state. One of the hottest right now is California and medical staffing agencies are aware of the many job openings.
Physician’s assistants are presently needed in southern California at well-respected, pain practices. Motivated employers in the area are generally seeking PAs with trigger point injection experience, along with other skills. Anesthesiologists are also needed in the state’s suburban areas, especially those willing to take on bread and butter cases. They often receive the best job benefits and salaries.
Medical staffing agencies also have knowledge of jobs in the other high demand states mentioned by the BLS. Let’s look at New York as an example. There is room in New York City for additional anesthesiologists, physician’s assistants, CRNAs and pain management physicians. Furthermore, nurse practitioners are desired in places outside of New York City limits too. One place of note is Upstate New York.
